"What's the catch?"
I get asked this at least once a week, and I get it. When someone offers free advice, your first instinct is to look for the angle. So let me be completely transparent about how this works.
The short version
We earn commissions from some of the AI tools we recommend. When you sign up for a tool through us, the tool provider pays us a referral fee. That means our advice costs you nothing. The tool costs the same whether you sign up directly or through us.
The longer version
When I started Campaignabl, I had a choice: charge businesses for consultations, or find a model where the advice could be genuinely free. I went with the second option because it removes the barrier that stops most small businesses from getting help in the first place.
Here's how it plays out in practice:
- You have a question about AI marketing tools: you call or book a meeting
- I listen to what you're trying to achieve and give you honest advice about which tools (if any) would help
- If I recommend a tool I have a commercial relationship with (like AdLegends), and you decide to use it, the tool provider pays me a commission
- If the right tool for you is something I don't have a deal with, I'll still tell you about it. I'd rather be useful than transactional
That last point is important. My reputation is worth more than any single commission. If the best answer for your business is a tool I don't earn from, I'll point you there anyway.
What you actually get
Beyond the advice itself, working with us on tools like AdLegends means you get:
- Hands-on onboarding: I'll walk you through getting started properly
- Troubleshooting support: if something isn't working, I'll help you fix it
- Direct escalation: if there's a platform issue, I can get it in front of the right people
- Feature requests: want something the tool doesn't do yet? I'll pass it along to the people who can make it happen
- Ongoing updates: as new features roll out, you'll know about them
That level of support is unusual for a tool referral, and it's the main reason our partners (like AdLegends) value the relationship.
Why this model works
It works because good advice leads to good outcomes, which leads to people actually using the tools, which leads to revenue for everyone involved. The incentives are aligned:
- You get free advice and better marketing results
- The tool providers get qualified, well-supported customers who stick around
- We earn commissions from happy customers who were going to pay for the tool anyway
There's no scenario where it benefits me to recommend a tool that doesn't work for you. An unhappy customer cancels, and I lose the ongoing relationship.
The bottom line
If you're hesitating because the "free" part feels too good to be true, I understand. But the model is simple: tool providers pay us so you don't have to. Your marketing gets better, and everyone benefits.
Still sceptical? Call us. The AI receptionist will answer (that's a demo in itself), or ask to talk to Daniel directly. No pitch, no pressure. Just a straight conversation about what might work for your business.
